Clinical significance

The Lymphocyte Transformation Testów LTT (Lymphocyte Transformation Test) is one of the most reliable and sensitive methods to assess the immune response capacity of active cellsów of the immune system. The test examines the reactivity of T lymphocytesów after contact with antigens and haptens of different origin. Antigens can be bacterial toxins, metals, plastics, drugs or food ingredients including preservatives. The Candida albicans LTT test is pzydatable in the doagnostics of Candida abicans hypersensitivity.
