Interleukin 10

Interleukin 10 (IL-10) - a cytokine with pleiotropic effects, Participating in immunoregulation of inflammatory and anti-allergic. IL-10 is produced by T and B lymphocytes, macrophages, monocytes and keratinocytes. IL-10 has a multidirectional; it inhibits the proliferation of Th1 lymphocytes, inhibits the production of cytokines produced by monocytes, Th lymphocytes and macrophages.
