Anti-nuclear PM-Scl (PM1) antibodies

PM-Scl antinuclear antibodies - autoantibodies belonging to the A group of antibodies against soluble antigens of the nucleus cells. They occur in systemic connective tissue diseases such such as overlap syndrome (polymyositis and dermatomyositis dermatomyositis) and systemic scleroderma. Determination of the antibody is useful in the diagnosis and diagnosis of these diseases.
