Polycheck food panel
The Polycheck Food Panel - a panel of tests covering 30 allergens
that cause food allergies. The test consists in quantitative
determination of IgE class antibodies specific for individual allergens
allergens. The panel includes detection of such allergens as tomato,
avocado, banana, citrus fruits - mix, kiwi, peanut, hazelnut
hazelnut, pea, soy, celery, beef, chicken, pork, clam,
shrimp, crab, tuna, cod, garlic, onion, yeast, sesame,
rice, corn, wheat flour, alpha-lactalbumin,
beta-lactoglobulin, casein, egg white, CCD (rests of
bicarbonate residues). The test is safe for the patient, does not require
discontinuation of used antihistamines, can be
performed in children under 4 years of age and pregnant women.
