Food - fruit (10 allergens)

The Food Kit – fruit (10 allergensów) is an allergy test thatós composed of 10 allergensów. It is used for blood diagnosis of food allergies. It consists of 10 common fruitsów. It allows diagnosis of allergies to:

• strawberry allergy, apple allergy, kiwi allergy, banana allergy, peach allergy, cherry allergy, olive allergy, apricot allergy, watermelon allergy, citrus allergy: grapefruit allergy, lemon allergy, orange allergy, tangerine allergy

Fruit food allergy usually manifests itself with gastrointestinal symptoms: nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramping, diarrhea as well as can cause atopic skin lesions. After withdrawing allergenic fruitsós from the diet, the symptoms disappear. Fresh fruits in particular are allergenic. The most common allergens are apples, bananas, kiwi, strawberries and citrus fruits.

One of the most common typesóof food allergies is Oral Allergy Syndrome (OAS), whichóis associated with cross-allergy to inhalant and food allergens, e.g. patients allergic to birch pollen show an allergic reaction to apples, carrots, hazelnuts, peaches, while those allergic to grass pollen present clinical symptoms after eating tomatoesów. In the case of latex allergy, allergic symptoms can occur after eating bananasów.
