Troponin T

Troponin T is a marker of cardiac ischemia. The study of troponin in the blood is used in the diagnosis of:

• acute coronary artery disease,
• fresh myocardial infarction,
• assessment of the risk of death in the course of acute coronary syndrome coronary artery syndrome,
